Go Getter STEM Event: Effective Learning Strategies Workshop
The STEM Department successfully organised the Go Getter STEM Event to equip students with effective learning and study strategies suited to their academic levels.
Form 1 and Form 2 students learnt the Cornell Note-Taking Method, while Form 3 students explored the Feynman Technique to strengthen their understanding through simple explanations.
Form 4 and Form 5 students participated in a Time Management Workshop, where they gained practical skills in planning, prioritising tasks, and preparing effectively for examinations.
The event provided students with valuable tools to become more organised, independent, and confident learners. The STEM Department hopes these strategies will contribute to their academic success and foster lifelong learning habits.
